Refund policy

Due to their biological and diagnostic nature, all test kits and diagnostic products are non-returnable and non-refundable once sold.

Drink covers and non-diagnostic accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
